I thought this video was great at capturing quickly how to streamline the space, keep inboxes cleared out, and stay on top of work.

Thanks for posting this, it was very helpful. I especially liked the parts about organizing around a target, and a messy work area giving off the out-of-control vibe. I’d never thought of it that way, though SO OBVIOUS. :0
